Lily Bridges - Founder & Highly Specialist Speech and Language Therapist
Lily is a Highly Specialist Speech and Language Therapist with over 11 years of experience working with children and young people. She has a wealth of experience; working for both the NHS and local authorities within London and Essex.
Throughout her career she has had the opportunity to work with children & young people with a variety of speech, language and communication needs and have specialist skills in working with children on the autistic spectrum and/ or social communication difficulties.
Lily provides a fun, enthusiastic and creative approach to therapy. She believes that therapy should be both purposeful and fun, with each session individualised to meet the needs and motivation of the child.
Family members are considered the experts regarding their child: During both assessment and intervention Lily always strives to work in collaboration with parents/ carers, educational staff and other professionals. Lily aims to provide parents/ carers with the advice and support needed to help their child reach their full potential.
All assessment and therapy is provided within the family home/ educational setting, as Lily strongly believes that learning and relationship building take place best in natural routines and familiar environments.
Lily is a registered member of the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists (RCSLT), and Association of Speech and Language Therapists in Independent Practice (ASLTIP).
